They put dad on a cooling blanket again this morning to help reduce his temperature, which was 103. No results are back from the tests that were ordered by the infectious Doctor. His white blood cell count is up to 1300, which is good news. This means his body is starting to fight what ever infection he has contracted. He is still connected to a ventilator, however he is breathing on his own in a sedative state and the ventilator will provide assistance when needed.
He is sleeping peacefully and his color looks good. Everyday produces another step in the healing process. We keep praying that the Doctors will discover what is causing the underlining issue.
